Shipping policy

All orders ship in 7 business days. I ship all orders once a week on Thursday as I cannot make daily trips to USPS. 

Please make sure the address is correct when checking out. I will not refund or resend orders if address is wrong. That includes orders sent back due to wrong address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charge to resend( same for exchanges and returns ).

DOMESTIC Packages do not automatically come with insurance. Orders will ship through USPS and you will be emailed when shipping occurs along with a tracking number. Once the package goes into the hands of USPS we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods along the way. Packages will arrive between 2-5 Business days (for domestic) AFTER they are shipped. Please check your email inbox and spam to get tracking info to see the process of your package. If you do not receive your package within 2-5 business days you will need to contact your local post office and give them your tracking info to have them search for your package.

INTERNATIONAL orders: Unfortunately tracking is limited for packages, so order cautiously. Buyers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply.

**Please allow 1-12 weeks+ for international orders to arrive once they ship. Going through customs takes a bit of time. we are not responsible for any handling fees your country request for pick up** 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We are unable to process returns and/or exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, if you have already worn any of you NekoPotato tees they will not be accepted for returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. we will not except returns/exchanges that have been washed.

PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OUR MEASURMENT CHARTS BEFORE ORDERING.

If your order is damaged, or we sent the wrong product, contact us and we will take care of it!

we are not responsible for any loss or delayed packages due to postal service.
